Crossroads to Medicine is about connecting all areas of healthcare to make the future BRIGHTER!
The first 20 CTM Chapters will be established free of charge!
At our regional conferences, we make the connections; you attend. With the Chapter Model, we’re going to help you make YOUR OWN connections while connecting the pre-health clubs at you instutuion.

To establish a CTM Chapter, please email nmatti@crossroadstomedi.com. The president will need to provide a letter of intent following our CTM Chapter Letter of Intent Template averaging providing approximately 250 - 300 words. Accompanied by written permission from your university.
After you will receive the CTM Chapter policy, CTM Chapter Affiliation Agreement, and Chapter Financial Policy.
Following your review, these will need to be signed by you, each of the members of your board, and your university.
A bank account will have to be set up for you to receive your 100 dollar chapter start-up fund, after recieving this funding will be up to you and your board.
After finishing your application, you will receive a CTM domain email with your university name that you will use to make your social media accounts. Social media accounts NOT MADE with this email will be reported and terminated.

CTM Chapters should consist of a minimum of 4 to a maximum of 6 board members.
The roles that should be filled are:
Chapter President
Chapter Vice President
Chapter Secretary
Chapter Treasurer
Chapter Event Coordinator
Chapter Social Media Manager

The CTM Package includes CTM Templates for socials, meetings, the CTM Domain Email, the CTM mentor network, your CTM Chapter Leader, a fundraising starter guide, and the mini CTM conference toolkit.
